Michael E. Klein, CPA
Michael E. Klein graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He began his career in public accounting in the audit division of Arthur Andersen & Company, where he worked for four years. In 1988, he joined a local accounting firm in its accounting and audit practice. In 1994, Mike established his own accounting and audit practice in Torrance, where he has continued to serve clients with a focus on high-quality, personalized professional services.

Brent E. Maille, CPA
Brent E. Maille graduated from the University of Southern California in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, and then returned to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1992. He spent eight years in public accounting before transitioning to private industry, where he worked for the next 25 years. In 2025, Brent joined the firm to support its continued growth and high-quality services, and at the beginning of 2026, he became a partner of Klein & Maille, LLP.
